Coming up with a holiday workout plan can be tough, but it’s definitely worth it. Not only will you look and feel great, but you’ll also get a great workout in.
If you’re looking to break a sweat over the holiday weekend, there’s no need to go out of your way. Just grab your agility ladder, a medicine ball, and find yourself a hill, and you are set for this workout!
What you’ll need
1x SMART Medicine Ball
1X SMART Agility Ladder
UPHILL/DOWNHILL Agility Ladder Sprints
Rotate 10 X of each of these exercises at the top:
1. Medicine Ball Swings
In a squat position, hold the medicine ball in front of you. Push through your heels as you straighten your legs and simultaneously swing the medicine ball up in an arch with the final position over your head. Repeat.
2. Medicine Ball Vertical Leaps
In a squat position, start with the medicine ball on the ground. Grab the ball, push it overhead, keeping it close to the body on the way up. Leap to follow. Land softly on your feet on the way down and return the medicine ball to the ground. Repeat.
3. Medicine Ball Slam Throws
Start with the medicine ball overhead. Leap in the air and at top of the leap, bring the medicine ball down quickly to about waist height as land back on the ground. Repeat.
