Jay, What’s Your Favorite Prism Product?
My favorite Prism Product is the Smart Hurdles #5. I use the Smart Hurdles to do Leg overs and over-unders. This is really the best way to target my hip flexors. It opens my hips up and in turn keeps my back from getting tight before and after a workout. Another reason the Smart Hurdles #5 are my favorite is that they are portable, the one leg “kick stand” allows for me to have plenty of space to work out in. I can use it for mobility and plyometrics. I feel immediately more mobile when I am done using it.
