Lo Wai Sum Wisdom, Marketing Intern
Lo Wai Sum Wisdom has joined Prism Fitness in the role of Marketing Intern. She is a fresh graduate from the University of Wisconsin Madison and earned her Bachelor’s of Business Marketing. She brings insights and experience in Marketing, especially with a cross-cultural background.
Wisdom came from Hong Kong to pursue her study and career. She is also going to pursue a Business Analytics at the University of Hong Kong. Wai Sum enjoyed many types of sports such as Taekwondo, Latin Dance, swimming, and Muay Thai. To train herself, she also loves going to the gym and doing cardio.
Wisdom has multiple competing experiences in sports such as Taekwondo tournaments, Special Olympics, and International dance competitions. She is also a Hong Kong dancesport representative within the dancesport association.
Wisdom, What’s Your Favorite Prism Product?
I really work out at the gym or home gym but after my intense workout routine, my muscles sores, and could have a hard time using those muscles. The recovery foam roller helps me to break up adhesion, reduce stiffness and reduce soreness. It also helps my next workout and increases my performance by preparing my muscles to be in the best condition after relaxing.
